3 Month replacement guarantee

If a candidate doesn’t work out in the first 3 months, we’ll find you a replacement candidate.

Unlike large mainstream recruitment companies that spread across many industries, we are a small specialised entity. This helps keep our overheads down leading to savings passed on to our clients.

Some recruitment firms can charge from 7-10% of an applicant’s annual salary for placing a candidate.

At BCHD Recruitment we feel that a cost this high is excessive and almost makes using a recruiter too expensive. We prefer to take an approach of charging fair rates for both the client and BCHD so that when we have done a great job for you once, you will want to utilise our services again in the future.

Fees include our replacement guarantee for the first three months of the candidate commencement date.

Range 1: Total remuneration package up to and including $60,000, our fee is a fixed rate of $2,000 inc GST.

Range 2: Total remuneration package over $60,000 and less than $110,000, our fee is $4,000 inc GST.

Range 3: Total remuneration package $110,000 - $250,000, our fee is $6,000 inc GST.

Range 4: Over $250,000 by negotiation.

Dental Assistant and Receptionist Temporary Positions: $50 (inc GST) Daily Booking Fee. Candidate to be paid direct by practice and employment related expenses covered by practice.
